Autonomous robotic system development project for hospital disinfection

R&R Technology mobile robotics solutions developer received €341 566 from the European Regional Development Fund to develop the autonomous robotic system for hospital disinfection using a highly efficient ionized hydrogen peroxide disinfection method.
The aim of the project is to create an autonomous robotic disinfection system for hospitals. This system will be able to carry out the disinfection process of both facilities and surfaces without human intervention. During the project, two disinfection robots and their control system will be developed. The system will use a high-efficiency ionized hydrogen peroxide disinfection method. The system will help hospitals ensure effective disinfection of the premises.
